eh si, anche io ho fatto questo pan brioche. Ricetta che consiglio a chi non ha la planetaria e a chi non ha tempo di impastare perchè occorrono solo 5minuti5. Si ottiene una brioche morbida, molto profumata,buona. Personalmente l’ho trovata un pò troppo burrosa e la prossima volta ne userò meno, ma quando provo una ricetta non cambio assolutamente nulla.

Vi parlo di un fagiolo siciliano, screziato e pressocchè sconosciuto fuori dalla Sicilia. Viene coltivato da oltre 2 secoli negli orti di Polizzi Generosa, paesino del Parco delle Madonie.  

Di forma tondeggiante (da cui il nome badda= palla) e di dimensione medio-piccola, è un fagiolo di colorazione unica, bicolore.
